• The referral letter of your physician
• Insurance papers
• If available, the result of a blood test which include measurement of haemoglobin concentration, determination of ABO and rhesus blood groups
• Any medication you take on a regular basis (both prescribed and not prescribed)
• A nightgown or long T-shirt
• Socks or slippers
• Sanitary napkins (not tampons)
• Something to read
